Cruise Guest Information • Duration: Approximately 5 hours. • Prices: Adult: US$79.99 · Child: US$69.99 · Children under 4: FREE. • Meeting point: Progreso Cruise Terminal. Detailed pickup instructions are provided with your booking confirmation. • Cruise-day return planning: This tour is designed for cruise passengers and is planned around your ship’s port schedule, with the return to Progreso Cruise Terminal scheduled with a comfortable buffer before all-aboard time. If your ship’s arrival time changes, we will make reasonable efforts to adjust the tour schedule. • Payment: Reserve with a 30% online deposit or pay the full amount online. If you choose the deposit option, the remaining balance is paid in cash on the day of the tour. • Cruise protection: If your ship does not dock in Progreso or cancels its port call, you receive a full refund. Minimum participation: 3 guests. Bookings for 1–2 guests are accepted; tour operation is subject to reaching 3 total guests. If the minimum is not reached, we will contact you with options to reschedule, switch to another available tour, or receive a refund of any amount paid online.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid online. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour and no-shows are non-refundable. If your cruise ship does not dock in Progreso or cancels its scheduled port call, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid online. If your cruise schedule changes, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make reasonable efforts to adjust your excursion whenever possible. If Tours R Us Yucatán must cancel an excursion due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, the amount paid online will be fully refunded. Minimum participation: 3 guests. Bookings for 1–2 guests are accepted; tour operation is subject to reaching 3 total guests. If the minimum is not reached, we will contact you with options to reschedule, switch to another available tour, or receive a refund of any amount paid online.
